Agency Recovery
Agency recovery is the process of noticing where a system has shaped choice, attention, participation, or response, and then reclaiming some capacity to act with greater awareness and intention.
Agency recovery does not mean becoming free from all influence.
It means recovering the ability to see influence more clearly, recognize more moments as choices, and participate with less automaticity.
Agency recovery is closely related to agency, but it begins from the recognition that agency may have already been narrowed, redirected, trained, or made less visible by the system.
